In the Serenity we've created a harp with a warm, won
derful sound - that weighs only 7 pounds! Designed specifically for, and endorsed by, the International Harp
Therapy Program, the Serenity is perfectly portable for therapeutic situations, with a mellow tone that will be
soothing to both listeners and players. This little gem is no toy - we maintain concert string spacing, and all the
care and craftsmanship you've come to expect from Heartland are evident in this harp.
The Serenity is available in two packages. The Deluxe Package includes a full set of Truitt sharping levers, our
deluxe case with backpack straps, your choice of artwork on the soundboard, and an ergonomic rub
ber-covered tuning wrench. The Standard Package, comes with Truitt sharping levers on all C and F strings, our
standard carrying case and the standard T rubber-covered tuning wrench.
We can now use gold-plated hardware on your Serenity! This doesn't affect the sound or function of the harp in any way, but it really dresses it up. The Truitt sharping levers are already gold plated, but with the gold-plated package, the tuning pins, the bridge pins, the soundboard eyelets for the strings and even the screws that hold the sharping levers on are all beautifully gold plated. The other benefit of the gold plating is that your harp will always look new and fresh, because none of the metal parts will tarnish, rust or discolor in any way. So this is a great way to add that little touch of extra class to your Serenity!
